3 Easy Steps To Get Started Instantly

1. Select stock photography agencies where you wish to sell your stock photos
(this is a one-time procedure)

• When you start ProStockMaster at the first time the application shows you the list of supported stock photo agencies. The same list can be accessed anytime by Tools->Stock Agencies menu.
  
  
• Select stock photography agencies you are willing to work with. If you do not have a contributor's account in some microstock agency, click on "Register Now!" button in the credentials window.
  

We recommend you opening a submitter's account at every photo stock agency listed with ProStockMaster. The registartion is free and the more agencies have your images on sale the bigger revenues you make, selling your stock photography, so it worths taking time setting up your account at each microstock photo site. You can register right away, using our referral links in the "Stock Agencies" panel at the left or you can do it later with "Register Now!" button in ProStockMaster.

When registered, let's add proper metadata and start uploading your images.

2. Select images to be uploaded, adding metadata required by stock photography sites: keywords, title and image' description

• Browse your computer or your local network and locate an image you want to upload
  
  
• Open "Manage Metadata" window and add or modify image title, keywords and description.
  Use "Suggest!" button to get keywords suggestions and add more images with "+" button, if required. You can apply the selected set of keywords, the title and description to all of them at once! Use arrows buttons to move keywords between 'suggested list' (left) and 'selected list' (right), add or delete keywords. When you are done, hit "Apply" to save the metadata set you have entered directly into the images files.
  
  
• Select upload sites for this image
  
  
• Continue to the next image
  
  

3. Upload selected files

There are two upload options available:

• upload manually selected images. In this case you browse your images and select where each image will be uploaded
  
  
• upload an entire images' folder: all images in that folder will be selected for the upload

At every upload, ProStockMaster verifies every selected image for the metadata validity. Only images with valid metadata will be uploaded. ProStockMaster drops images with invalid metadata from the list of uploads, so you will never waste your time and bandwidth uploading images that were not properly prepared yet. The application shows a confirmation dialog allowing you to verify and to confirm the uploads list for each stock photo agency before the images submission actually starts. When the upload finishes, ProStockMaster shows you the upload statistics window with a short upload summary.

Now all your uploaded images will show tracking information: when and where every image was uploaded, and what is its current status on that site. The yellow status icon next to the site name means that the image was succesfully uploaded to that site and it is now waiting for editors approval. Note that images are typically uploaded to "unfinished" zone (each site calls this zone differently). In most cases you have to finalize your submission by selecting image' categories and adding appropriate model releases. We are working on further automation of this procedure for every supported stock agency.
